Kara Pachniuk has been a practicing Nutritionist since 2012, serving communities along the Connecticut Shoreline and in Fairfield County. Known for her approachable and empowering style, Kara combines goal setting, positive affirmations, organizational tools, and personalized nutritional counseling to help clients build healthier, happier lives.

As of Fall 2026, Kara has relocated to Italy for the adventure of a lifetime. She will continue to see clients once a week. She will be returning to the US in the summer of 2027.
